The 19th SLF Congress will take place the 6 - 8 september 2009 at Rica
Park Hotel in Sandefjord, Norway. The beautiful city of Sandefjord is
located by the coast some 120 km south of Oslo. The city has an
excellent international airport with direct flights to many European
