WEBINAR: Pretreatment for Architectural Market

Start Date: 25th June 2014, Wednesday
End Date: 25th June 2014, Wednesday
Event Poster: admin

In some instances, "pretreatment" has been defined as simply the conversion coating placed on the aluminum extrusion surface. In this informative session, "pretreatment" will be clarified as a series of stages, each with an important role in the surface preparation process. Cleaning, rinsing and the pretreatment all play important roles in ensuring that the aluminum extrusion is properly prepared for subsequent liquid or powder paint coatings. Without these steps a coating can’t be properly applied and the material’s lifespan will be shortened.

Learn about types of cleaning, methods to manage the cleaner, rinse quality, a comparison of types of pretreatment coatings and quality tests - all using effective and environmentally friendly methods.
