Installed Jan. 2000, this system was originally designed to run as an acid zinc but at the last minute 6 additional tanks were added to allow it to be run as an Alkaline zinc line.  This line is capable of 15 loads per hour with 12' flight bars.  The overall footprint is 103 ft. long x 18 ft. wide x 14' high.  All power requirements are 23/3ph/60hz.

This is a complete line ready to operate with the exception of the filtration system (Titan 90) which can be purchased as an option.  It includes the superstructure, over 40 stations with 9 zinc plating stations, zinc generation system, (3) 1000 lb hoist cart racks, (24) work bar assemblies, Allen-Bradley SLC 5/04 programmable controller w/ 3 process cycles for chromates, 2 cell inline rack dryer, (2) Rapid Rectifiers 5000/12 & 8000/12 230v/3ph, water cooled, electric heat, cooling for zinc, air agitation where needed, and two hundred titanium anode baskets.
