CURTISS WRIGHT CONTROLS OF SHELBY, NC TO HOST THE “T-REX” MOBILE METAL FINISHING CLASSROOM FOR A JOINT AESF BRANCH MEETING SPONSORED BY AMERICAN PLATING POWER.

Shelby, NC American Plating Power has sponsored the sleek 48 ft. Mobile Metal Finishing Classroom called T-REX to visit Curtiss-Wright Controls facility located at 201 Old Boiling Springs Road, Shelby, N.C. on the 25th of April 2006.
T-Rex features seating for 40 people classroom style giving attendees a full view of the METALAST fully automated mini anodizing/plating wet process line replica.  It has a ceiling mounted drop down projection screen, 2 - large screen flat panel televisions, video and DVD projection, grease board, & podium.  The T-Rex is fully equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual and complete wireless Internet capabilities.

Waasy Boddison of American Plating Power will present to the Charlotte and Palmetto AESF Branch members a technical paper on “Comparing Rectifier Options – A buyers check list”, which will include a highly interactive video presentation, followed by a question and answer period for group discussion.  The meeting will begin at 6:00 pm and will be followed with a catered BBQ dinner for attendees also sponsored by American Plating Power.
