Please be more specific about the material that you want to plate - nearly anything can be plated in some way or another. The overall specification and substrate generally dictate where you go from there.

The seed layer that I am using is Cu on Ti.

this is out of my league....titanium is going to be difficult to plate, rather, it is going to be difficult to obtain adhesion.....
