Topic: Corrosion Protection on Stapings - Help required

We use CRS stampings as part of our final assemblies.  The stampings go through a 20 minute vibratory tumbler process and go directly into a rust inhibitor barrel tumbler.  It is a water soluable rust inhibitor.  We are seeing rusting within 7 days or less.  Does anyone have any experience with this type of process?

I don't think I've seen your exact setup, but I've done similar processes.  What seems to be the problem/question?
