Topic: Searching for a Powder Coat System Consultant
We are a sheet metal fabriction company, and we have been running a small, batch-type powder coating line for the past several years. In that time, we have expanded and upgraded various parts of our system on different occasions. The most recent was a major upgrade of our pretreatment equipment.
Wew have been focusing on improving this overall process during the past six months, or so. And, we are exploring the possibility of bringing in an independent consultant to assess our system and processes to help further our improvement efforts.
Also, we would be very interested in bringing someone in to our facility to do some "continuing education" with our operators. I know that there are several clinics and seminars available, but we would much rather be able to do this in our own facility, with our own equipment, and with all of our people at the same time.
Does anyone have any recommendations for possible consultants and trainers?
