the zinc plated component with alkaline non-cynaide bath passivated with tri-yellow or with triblue got peeloff in customer place while rivetting pins what is the reason?

Was the zinc peeling or the passivate? If the zinc is peeling, then you have poor pretreatment prior to the zinc plate.
If you have the passivate releasing, it is a sign that the passivate film is too thick. Your immersion time may be too long, the concentration too high/low, or the pH too high.
