Re: peeloffWas the zinc peeling or the passivate? If the zinc is peeling, then you have poor pretreatment prior to the zinc plate. If you have the passivate releasing, it is a sign that the passivate film is too thick. Your immersion time may be too long, the concentration too high/low, or the pH too high.
