Topic: Rackmetallization POP-plant

Does anyone have any ideas what could cause this problem in a POP-plant.
Need some more ideas..

The rackmetalization starts from the contacts and goes in on the rack. In some racks the metalization spreads from right to left. From right we have EN, little more to left also acidcopper, little more to left also brightnickel, little more to left also Cr. Looks like a good scale of different platinglayers. Most of the rackmetalization is on small contacs. When the material goes up in bigger sizes the metalization is gone..
