We are an Aerospace based company & carrying out subcontract jobs for large Aircraft OEM.
We would like to set up a Chemical Milling facility.
The Component is an Aircraft Door skin.
Length 3500mm,
Width 1000mm,
Thickness :2.5mm
Material:Aircraft Grade Aluminium
There are around 47 pockets that are to be chemical milled from the component.The final thickness of the pockets is 1.8mm.
We have gone through the websites of a large number of companies to locate a supplier of such equipment without any success.
Please let us have details of manufacturers of Chemical Milling
systems who have already supplied to the Aerospace sectors.
