Topic: FLUIDIZED BED COATING
I need to coat a
lot of metal parts especially cabinets, the process actually is manual, using
electrostatic powder coating with spray guns. I wanna automate the coating process but due to the nature and multiple part
geometries I think it will be difficult to coat the entire cabinet especially the inner corners and recesses . The range of dimentions are also variable from a part of 1/4x2x6" to
36x48x91". I handle a tolerance of 6 mils of thinkness minimum for my
products for doing this I'm using a thermoset powder type polyester.

Changing from electrostatic powder coating to fluid bed coating process will
help?

Any advise will be greatly
appreciated.
