To my esteemed colleagues
and fellow contributors:

     I have been participating and answering inquiries privately and within forums for AESF, AAC, ASM, AAMA, NACE, ACS and others for approximately 25 years and have been on the technical side in 32 differents business and market subsegments (Aero, Auto, Coil Coating, Marine, Ag, HVAC, Foods, I&I, Container, etc.) concerning materials science, surface technology and specialty chemical technology.  I have always found that in whatever field I've served in, the three aforementioned technical disciplines are applicable across the board and I am delighted to participate in a forum that promotes the understanding and application of the same.  I am glad to serve with such a diverse and qualified base of participants.
