Looking for a good shop operating software

Hello, I am new to finishingtalk.com and looking for a user friendly shop operating software for our metal finishing facility. Does anyone have any ideas or be willing to save what software they use for quoting, job traveler creation, invoicing, scheduling, etc? Thanks for any help.
