I'm interested in gaining additional insight in curing powder via IR. I have heat sensitive internal components with a thick steel skin.

All coatable surfaces are line of sight. cure time needs to be 4 minute or less via conveyerized line without taking the internal temp above 150 F. I plan on electric IR with short wave emitters.

Is this approach a sound way to go?
