Analyzes engineering designs and develops layout of manufacturing areas to ensure efficiency of production. • BS Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related degree with minimum of 3 – 5 years manufacturing process engineering experience preferably with project management experience. • This is a fast-paced, hands-on position that will involve tooling design, adjustments and/or modification. • Ability to develop manufacturing processes and lead new product introductions is required. • Experience with problem solving in a team environment, project and program management, AutoCAD / Pro-Engineering, lean manufacturing tools and techniques including kaizen / six sigma projects. • Prior heavy construction vehicle/agriculture/automotive industry experience desired. • Experience in a lean manufacturing environment (prefer knowledge of light to medium gauge sheet metal stamping, welding, painting and assembly). • Creativity, communication skills, analytical problem solving and organizational skills are required. • Must be computer proficient including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Visio and MS Project.
