I am molding Polyethylene with a .125 core pin with a 1/2 degree draft angle that is 3.000" long. The core pin has a SPI/SPE #1 finish but I still have a thin layer that sticks to the core pin. I am looking for a release coating for this material. High production tool so I need something that will last.
