JacksonLea, A Unit of Jason Incorporated, a global, growth-focused manufacturer of Buffs, Compounds and Abrasive products has an opening for a territory sales engineer to focus on key market segments in Texas, Nebraska, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas and Missouri area.  Traveling is required

This individual will report to the Director of North America Sales.  This position requires an experienced, hands-on technician who has expertise in both direct and distribution sales. 

This position offers the opportunity for significant exposure, recognition, reward and advancement based on results produced.  Four key effective skill requirements: business planning, effective time & territory management, selling and negotiating and product testing and documenting.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelorís degree or equivalent of five years of sales experience. A background in polishing, abrasives and industrial metal removal/metal finishing is required. Requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
