			<content type="html">&lt;p&gt;Which system are you using? Are you using 23377 primer or 53030? I would suspect Iron phosphate over the zinc plating is not a suggested first step and a wash primer first would get you adhesion. Most are just a dust coat that shouldnt take that long to dry. Also make sure you are allowing enough time between the primer and topcoat steps. Most systems require a minimum of two to three hours between steps.&lt;/p&gt;</content>

			<title type="html">Paint Adhesion Issue</title>

			<content type="html">&lt;p&gt;I am lookng for solutions to an issue with Carc. paint adhesion over a substrate that is plated per ASTM B633-07 type 2 class is Fe/Zn 13.&amp;#xa0; The process is plating and than zinc. phosphate, prime and topcoat with Carc. black paint.&amp;#xa0; We are having issues with the primer an top coat not adhering to the substrate and I am concerned that the issue may be the zinc phosphate is attacking the colored chomate coating causing this issue.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Does anyone out there have any information or experience with this.&lt;/p&gt;</content>
